Follow experienced Naturalist & Hiking Guide Joe Brehm on this easy-moderate hike into the world of wild edibles. In this fun an informative
field-class, you will learn how to identify, harvest, and prepare wild plants that you had no idea would taste so good.
Once the group has harvested the ingredients, we will prepare some dishes taste the bounty! You will also receive a reference sheet to common edibles and some recipes to take home so you can share with others! You will never look at some of those "weeds" in your yard the same way again.
